We are looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing high-volume AP processes, supporting financial accuracy, and collaborating with team members in a dynamic environment.

• Process high-volume invoices and ensure accurate coding and payments
• Support full-cycle Accounts Payable activities
• Perform data entry and maintain detailed records of vendor transactions
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve discrepancies and support workflow
• Assist with month-end close activities and reporting as needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within AP

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions
• Experience handling high-volume transactions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in data entry with excellent attention to detail
• Experience with full-cycle AP processes

• Self-motivated and proactive
• Strong team player with the ability to pivot as priorities shift
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes
