You will work on the Turbo Tax Live Business product, helping customers prepare and file business and personal tax returns.

• Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communications software.
• Document customer interactions and troubleshoot tax advice/return preparation problems.
• Maintain sensitive customer information responsibly.
• Work toward company key performance metrics and Big Bet Goals.
• Participate in pilot testing, projects, and experience validations as needed.

• At least 3 years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120‑S) for 20+ clients.
• Minimum 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, preferably 30+ returns per season.
• Active PTIN and ability to obtain required state licenses, certificates, or bonds.
• Knowledge of Circular 230.
• Bookkeeping experience with books‑to‑tax preparation preferred.
• Strong customer service skills using video and audio tools.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use commercial tax preparation software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving.
• Capability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must reside in the United States and have a suitable internet connection.

Competitive base pay ranges by region with eligibility for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
