Hallmark Field Merchandiser (part-time) – San Angelo, TX 76901

Do you enjoy working independently, building relationships with retailers, and helping customers find the perfect products? Hallmark Cards is looking for a part‑time Field Merchandiser to showcase our greeting‑card brandoir in grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass markets.

• Starting hourly pay $12.50–$14.50, commensurate with skills and experience.
• Eligible for annual pay increases.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours falling between 7–12 hours.
• Availability required before and after major holidays, including weekends.

• Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory using a mobile device; maintain professional, courteous interaction with store staff and customers.
• Holiday and seasonal support: additional hours and days leading up to and following holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Department resets: assist with installing and relocating Hallmark fixtures, rebuilding card departments, and completing remodel assignments (usually two weeks’ notice).
• Team collaboration: support teammates around the network as needed.

This position requires frequent lifting or carrying of up to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds. The job also demands repetitive kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, library several stair or ladder climbing.

• At least 18 years of age.
• English reading, writing, and speaking ability.
• Physical ability to lift 30 pounds consistently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Competency operating a digital handheld device.
• Reliable Wi‑Fi‑enabled Internet access.
• Consistent transportation to and between assigned retail locations.
