Job Overview

Join Target as a Specialty Sales Consultant (Style, Tech, Beauty) and help families discover the joy of everyday life. As a Style Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an incredible guest experience, delivering strong operations, and creating compelling visual merchandising presentations.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and solve guest needs.
• Set visual presentations, maintain product availability, and execute priority fills to create a guest-ready floor.
• Maintain backroom organization, support fulfillment, and ensure merchandise is worked back out to the sales floor.
• Provide a welcoming experience, engage with guests, and thank them for shopping at Target.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively, work independently and as a team, and resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.
