You will work independently at various retail locations, demonstrating organization and time‑management skills as you display and maintain inventory levels of our celebrations products including greeting cards, gift‑wrap accessories, party goods, plush, and more.

• Starting pay is $11.70 per hour, with two increases during the first year.
• After 6 months the pay rate increases to $12.40.
• After 1 year the pay rate increases to $13.00.

The route services the retail location at 3121 Sunset Dr, San Angelo, TX 76904. The weekly average hours are 3 hours per week, which may increase to an average of 6 hours per week around holidays.

• Service stores on your assigned route, including merchandising and organizing product orders, displaying products within greeting‑card departments and other retail locations, maintaining organized back‑room areas, and performing other inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate with management regarding questions or concerns about service or schedules.
• Work in a fast‑paced retail environment using effective time‑management and organizational skills.
• Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime business hours.
• Availability for additional working days and extended hours leading up to and immediately following major holidays.
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets, which may include minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as requested.
• Review and plan your weekly service schedule and workload in your assigned stores using a company‑issued tablet.
• The ability to work independently and with a team.

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable transportation (most routes have multiple retail locations).
• Reliable internet for receiving job information and updates.
• Technological competency – able to learn and use the company‑provided tablet.
• Available for occasional weekends, the day before and after major holidays as needed (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas).

You will work on the sales floor and back‑stock room, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons and fixtures up to 40 pounds. You must stand, walk, stoop, and squat throughout the day. A step‑stool may be used to complete some tasks. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
