- Be an Expert: demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety, sanitation, inventory, and equipment maintenance. Prepare and package meat products according to standards and maintain product quality.
- Be a Techie: leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement, using handheld technology to make immediate business decisions.
- Be an Owner: commit to operational excellence, maintain work area, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure merchandise is properly packaged and stored.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: advocate for the department and club by valuing the member experience, modeling high‑quality service and products, and exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and communicate progress.
