ResponsibilitiesProvide remote desktop support to ensure seamless operation of systems and enhance user productivity.
Troubleshoot technical issues promptly, minimize downtime and maintain system efficiency.
Maintain and optimize system performance to support business objectives and improve user experience.
Collaborate with team members to develop solutions that meet organizational needs and enhance system functionality.
Implement system updates and patches to ensure security and compliance with company standards.
Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Document and report technical issues and resolutions to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Assist in the development and implementation of system policies and procedures to ensure consistent operations.
Provide training and support to users to enhance their understanding and use of systems.
Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve system performance and support business growth.
Ensure systems are aligned with company goals and contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.
Support the integration of new systems and technologies to enhance business operations and user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements- Windows 11 & other Microsoft applications
- Troubleshooting
- Communication skills and relationship building
- Flexibility in scheduling - day shift with occasional after-hours requirements.
- Possess strong technical skills in desktop support with a focus on remote assistance.
- Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Exhibit proficiency in system maintenance and optimization techniques.
- Show experience in implementing system updates and patches for security compliance.
- Have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Display capability to document technical issues and resolutions accurately.

The annual salary for this position is between $37,800– $59,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
