Ultrasound Technologist – Vascular & General Imaging – San Angelo, TX

We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist with strong vascular, general, and OB imaging skills to support a busy diagnostic department in San Angelo, Texas. This role requires TCD (transcranial Doppler) experience, along with ARDMS credentials in both AB and RVT. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, supporting a Monday–Friday schedule with minimal call and occasional holiday coverage.

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day shift, 5×8 hours (08:00–17:00)
• Block Scheduling: No
• Float: May float to South campus

• ARDMS credentials:
  • AB (Abdomen)
  • RVT (Vascular)
• TCD experience (required)
• Graduate of an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program or ultrasound tech program
• Ability to perform:
  • General ultrasound
  • Vascular studies
  • OB imaging
  • Transcranial Doppler exams
• Willingness to take call and holiday coverage as scheduled (minimal, PRN basis)

• Perform high‑quality diagnostic ultrasound exams across general, vascular, OB, and TCD modalities
• Ensure accurate imaging acquisition and documentation for physician interpretation
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and clear communication throughout procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists, nursing, and clinical teams to support efficient workflow
• Float to South campus as needed
• Participate in call rotation and holiday coverage per department schedule
