Job Details:

• Work Monday to Friday schedule with call and holiday coverage as needed

• Call coverage will be on a PRN basis

• May be required to float to South campus

• If TCD (transcranial doppler) studies are ordered, will be on call for weekends within the 14-day study period

• Minimum 1 year of experience required

• Graduate from an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program or ultrasound tech program required

• Required certifications: ARDMS, ARDMS AB, ARDMS RVT

• TCD (transcranial doppler) experience preferred

• General ultrasound experience required

• OB experience strongly preferred

• Work with patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

• Perform general, vascular, and OB ultrasound studies

• Skills required include obstetrics (1st, 2nd, 3rd trimester), adult studies, emergency department, ICU, NICU, pediatrics, portables, appendix, gallbladder, pancreas, aorta, arterial mapping, carotid, doppler studies, duplex, and stents

• Experience with GE equipment and PACS systems preferred

• Travel experience highly preferred
