Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for night shifts with ARDMS (AB) and RVT credentials and strong general, OB, and vascular experience.
Responsibilities- Position is in a general ultrasound unit with potential to float to a secondary campus
- Handles general, OB, and vascular imaging cases
- Night shift schedule is Monday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM (4x10 hours)
- Call and holiday coverage as required
- No local candidates accepted within a 110-mile radius
- May be required to float between campuses as per operational needs
- Responsibility for performing general, OB, and vascular ultrasound exams
- Holiday work may be needed based on department coverage requirements
- Current ARDMS (AB) and RVT certifications required
- Graduate from an accredited diagnostic medical sonography or ultrasound tech program required
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- At least two recent supervisory references required
- License required if applicable
- Travel experience highly preferred
- Candidate must be able to complete labs within 72 hours of offer acceptance or have a completion plan
