Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist experienced in TCD (transcranial doppler) and general, vascular, and OB scanning, with ARDMS (AB) and (RVT) credentials required.
Responsibilities- Work in a general ultrasound unit with responsibility for general, vascular, and OB scans
- TCD (transcranial doppler) experience is essential for this role
- Day shift schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8 hours)
- Minimal on-call and holiday coverage required on a rare PRN basis
- May float to a nearby campus as needed
- Duties include performing general, vascular, OB, and transcranial doppler ultrasound scans
- May be required to float to other locations within campus as needed
- Holiday and call assignments are scheduled on a minimal and as-needed basis
- ARRT (AB) and (RVT) credentials required
- Must have demonstrable TCD (transcranial doppler) experience
- Graduate from an accredited diagnostic medical sonography or ultrasound tech program
- Two references from supervisors within the last 3 years of employment are required for consideration
- Certifications must be provided for consideration
