Position Schedule: Full-Time

Responsibilities
  • Key responsibilities with existing and newly created clients:
    • Gather information and collect suitability to deeply understand clients  and prospective clients  needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create a personalized, comprehensive strategy to achieve their goals.
    • Meet with clients regularly to track progress toward goals, uncover additional assets, proactively address emerging concerns, and adjust their strategy to ensure their needs are met.
    • Partner with other members of the clients  professional team (e.g., attorneys, accountants, trust officers) to fully understand clients  goals and circumstances.
    • Research portfolio performance, costs/fees, asset allocation, and changes to portfolio construction/investments; make recommendations to clients.
    • Collaborate with the Financial Advisor (FA) and branch team to align and create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired results.
    • Cultivate relationships with organizations and businesses to maintain presence in the community and obtain referrals and new business.
    • Coordinate with the FA to assist in the creation of new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
    • Continually develop yourself to grow personally and professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent required;
    Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Series 7 and Series 66 required; if not currently registered, registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the assigned study period
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in securities industry preferred
  • FINRA licenses required within three months; state insurance licenses required
  • As an associate, you are required to complete all ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain license in good standing

Compensation
  • You ll be competitively compensated. Edward Jones aims for a human-centered approach that partners for positive impact to improve the lives of clients, colleagues, and communities.
  • Hiring Minimum: $61,800.00
  • Hiring Maximum: $66,900.00
