Gandy Ink provides a wide range of embellishment applications from screen printing, direct to garment printing, heat applied materials and embroidery using top of the line equipment. We warehouse and embellish our garments right here in San Angelo.

From 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with some overtime as required. Availability for special events outside of these hours is necessary.
Pay$18.00/hr + Commission
Job SummaryThis position coordinates sales transactions completed within our local storefront in San Angelo, TX. Acts as liaison between customer, sales, and/or production departments. Receives customer print inquiries concerning prospective, current, and past orders. Maintains daily updates of the production schedule and keeps customers informed about the status of their job.
Essential Job Functions- Interact with customers by phone, online chat, email, or in person about production requirements and collect specifications.
- Coordinates the preparation of all written quotes and proposals.
- Provide professional and above-average customer service.
- Maintains daily updates of production schedule, noting any deviations.
- Handles inquiries for Job Status, Estimates, Orders, Changes, and complaints.
- Keeps salespeople informed about job statuses and problems
- Maintains a strong and current product knowledge base and applies that knowledge when serving customers.
- Assists Sales Representatives as needed.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
- Assists in coordinating, retrieving, and releasing pickup orders.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or two year Associate Degree with emphasis on sales, or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong skills in work planning, scheduling and must have good judgment of color, design and quality.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and take direction well.
