Job DescriptionProvides Research Assistance both in person and online while staffing the Research Station. Guides students on how to locate sources and navigate the library’s databases. Other duties may include working with librarians on new and ongoing projects in the unit.
Required Qualifications- Must be a currently enrolled student and registered for classes.
- Must be classified as a Junior, Senior or Graduate Student.
- Effective listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Dependable, well organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Library experience
- Knowledge of how to search ASU library databases
Position requires visual acuity, full range of motion including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, pushing and pulling book carts weighing up to 300 pounds, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
Salary$10.25/hr
