We are assisting a very well-established health system located in central-west Texas, with the recruitment of additional Urgent Care physicians.
Opportunity Highlights
- Join health care system with over 300 providers
- Work 12-hour shifts- 7A to 7P
- Monthly Schedule - WK1:
Thursday, Friday, WK2:
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. WK3:
Off, WK4:
Thursday, Friday, WK5:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - APP and support staff assistance, Xray and Lab
Compensation/Benefits
- Income Guarantee starting at 212,800K plus additional income for additional shifts.
- Comprehensive benefits package including 35 days PTO, $12,500 CME, etc.
- Quality bonus up to 15% of base salary
- Productivity bonus - $54.57 for every RVU above 3560.
- Financial potential in the $300K to $340K range
