Position: Interventional Radiologist - $900,000 to 1 Million Comp

$900K to $1million in total comp - Interventional Radiology in San Angelo, TX

Shannon is seeking a board certified/board eligible fellowship trained interventional radiologist for a fulltime onsite position in San Angelo, TX.

We are a locally owned healthcare system with the largest multi-specialty group in West TX. With a 98% physician retention rate and approximately 400 providers in 40 different specialties, we service a 24-county area of Texas.

Job Summary

We are seeking a board-certified and fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to join our dynamic and innovative medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of minimally invasive, image-guided procedures to diagnose and treat a variety of complex medical conditions. This role involves direct patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the advancement of patient care through state-of-the-art interventional strategies.

Education

and Certification

A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree is required, along with completion of a Diagnostic Radiology residency and an Interventional Radiology fellowship. Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology and Vascular and Interventional Radiology is also necessary.

Experience

Candidates should have experience in various interventional procedures and proficiency with advanced imaging and procedural equipment.

Licensure

Texas state medical license, or eligibility for one, is required prior to start.

Skills

Essential skills include excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with EMR/RIS and the ability to work effectively in a team in a fast-paced environment are also needed

  • Salary: $900,000 to 1million per year for the fulltime employee position.
