Overview
The Core Faculty physician will work closely with residency leadership to educate and mentor residents in both clinical and classroom settings. Responsibilities include curriculum development, program growth, and integrating virtual health and emerging technologies into training.
Responsibilities- Teach and mentor family medicine residents
- Participate in curriculum development and program expansion
- Provide bedside and didactic instruction
- Support the organization’s transition to an academic health system
- Well-established, not-for-profit health system serving as the primary provider for its region
- Located in West Central Texas with an affordable cost of living, outdoor recreation, and a family-friendly lifestyle
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- New graduates and upcoming 2026 graduates welcome
- Visa sponsorship available
- Strong interest in graduate medical education
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
