The successful candidate will be located in Texas, detail-oriented and a motivated Audit Manager to lead our audit engagements. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounting, auditing, and reporting standards, alongside strong leadership and communication skills.

• Plan and direct audit engagements from start to finish, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Prepare risk assessments and evaluate client accounting policies and estimates.
• Conduct thorough research on accounting and reporting matters, presenting findings and recommendations to clients.
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex financial statements, income tax returns, and specialty reports.
• Mentor and develop audit associates, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
• Manage multiple engagements and special projects, coordinating with clients and team members.
• Ability and flexibility to travel throughout Texas estimated to be 60 days a year.

• CPA license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Several years of experience in public or private accounting/auditing, with a focus on income taxes and auditing practices.
• Proven ability to manage complex engagements independently.
