Field Operation Officer

TRUST is looking for Field Operation Officer, that will grow with us by:

• Assess site conditions, including measurements, equipment readiness, and infrastructure status; prepare and report findings with follow-up actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and document technical issues related to equipment, fuel flow, and infrastructure.
• Lead troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical verification to ensure smooth and safe project execution.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil or Material Engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and hands‑on experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and civil issues.
• Able to adapt to challenging and remote site environments.
• Able to work independently with limited resources.
• Willing to work on‑site or at various locations.
