Position Type: Full-Time
Shift:8:00am–4:30pm Monday–Friday (On call for weekends)
Starting Pay: $23 per hour

is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead – Inbound/Receiving to guide and support our Receiving Team in our growing warehouse. You’ll help ensure our neighbors get the gear they need to make unforgettable outdoor memories – from camping and kayaking to RVing and road‑tripping.

As a Team Lead, you’ll work directly with your inbound team to:

• Supervise and support daily receiving operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

• Lead a team of Receiving Associates to meet performance and quality goals

• Oversee the offloading of deliveries and organization of the receiving dock

• Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of products into warehouse locations

• Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and implement new solutions

• Train and mentor team members through hands‑on coaching and clear communication

• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized working environment

• Drive engagement, teamwork, and accountability on your shift

• A proactive, hands‑on leader with 1+ years of warehouse or team leadership experience

• A great communicator who leads by example and builds strong team morale

• Detail‑oriented and focused on safety, efficiency, and delivering high‑quality work

• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to change

• Comfortable using technology and warehouse equipment

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active on your feet
