The Order Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of freight orders from entry to delivery. This position supports the sales team by managing order data, communicating with carriers and customers, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and excels in communication and organization.

• Order entry and scheduling
• Tracking, and tracing shipments in progress
• Providing customers service, support, and updates
• Finding solutions for missed or late shipments
• Manage evolving priorities of urgent needs between customers, carriers, and the sales team
• Managing and maintaining ongoing relationships with carriers
• Supporting the Account Managers weekly goals
• Building complex routes including multiple stops with multiple orders

• Outbound and inbound calling experience
• Organized and effective under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
• Confident in using Excel basics
• Able to manage customer relationships
