Boise Area, CDL-A Flatbed driver, Boise local and SLC, stable PT

Overview

Start working right away! Stable hours, great boss. Local CDL-A drivers needed for flatbed delivery in the SLC metro area, and throughout Utah and Idaho (Boise area). We need hardworking, flexible drivers to join our team. We cover routes for each other, and you'll have some variety in your schedule to cross train on different routes.

Benefits, medical and time off available after waiting period.

$28-30 hr depending on experience and training needed.

We are hiring several full time drivers, and we also need a few PT drivers
, ideal for a semi retired CDL driver.

Flatbed deliveries, with local lumber and various construction products. Up to 1-2 nights regional or OTR possible, but you will be home weekly, if not most nights during the week.

Need 3-4 years+ experience doing flatbed. Must have ability to keep in contact for route assignments from dispatch. Looking for someone who wants hours, and would like to put in a full regular day of work. Good pay opportunities, hourly pay and per mile payment for longer routes.

Must be able to pass background check, and provide current commercial MVR when interviewing to determine insurance eligibility.

No drugs, no alcohol, and no smoking in trucks.

Work with a great boss, with a local, mid size company

• Communicate daily for route assignments
• Arrive to work on time, ready to work
• Need to have a clean driving record, or few violations for insurance
• Ability and medical health to strap loads
• Manage paperwork, and submit paperwork scans on driver tracking app, turn in drivers envelopes and documentation
• Work hard, complete runs and interact well with shippers and receivers
• Flexibility between local, regional and OTR routes as needed

• Valid CDL-A
• 3-4 years + experience
• Current medical drivers file
• Clean drivers record or few minor violations
• No DUI, drugs or alcohol
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to use online route tracking software and app
