This is a 1099 Freight Broker role with full autonomy. The Freight Broker will be responsible for obtaining strong client accounts. This role prioritizes clear communication and excellent customer service while contributing to the company's growth and success. Our team will manage shipping and logistics operations, work with customers and carriers, coordinating freight dispatching.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage processes with a deep understanding of logistics operations
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring effective and timely coordination internally
- Experience in Account Management, maintaining and growing client relationships
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and coworkers
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is an advantage
