Pay and schedule information is presented up front with the goal of transparency.

• Driver positions paid weekly
• Single trailer miles: $0.62 per mile, 2000–2400 miles per week
• Additional pay for double miles
• Paid training
• Schedule:
  
  Sunday - Friday or Monday - Saturday
• Start time: 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM
• Sunday routes dispatch in the afternoons
• Must be flexible

• Deliver SOLO to: UT, , NV, AZ, CO, WY, Western NE, MT
• Route:
  Regional 3–4 nights per week
• Tractor Type: 2019 Freightliner Cascadia – Day Cabs & Sleepers
• Trailer Type:
  Rocky Mountain Set 48' trailer with pup or a super set (48' with a 42'); 48' & 53' Dry Vans with swing doors
• Freight:
  No touch – supplies and beverages
• Doubles endorsement with 9 months of experience
• Hazmat & doubles required at time of interview
• Winter driving experience required
• Trucks are 36 months or newer, with 24/7 roadside maintenance and company drivers fuel up at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide

We will buy your truck if you’re looking to switch from owner-operator to a company employee driver and will assist with the transition. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including military veterans and reserve members.

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug test
• Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from the previous 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor-trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months in the past 3 years, OR 2 years in the last 5 years, OR 5 years in the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures

Important Note: Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification, motor vehicle records checks, road tests, and/or customer-specific background requirements.

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs
• Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading if required by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned
