What We Offer- Start at $0.60 per mile (experienced drivers regularly earn $80K–$100K+ annually)
- Consistent miles – 2,500–3,200 per week
- Well‑maintained Kenworth T680s (inverters, refrigerators, automatic transmissions)
- Home time most resets at home most weeks
- Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match
- Rider & pet policy from day one
- Safety & performance rewards
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 years verifiable OTR tractor‑trailer experience
- Minimum 2 years clean MVR (no more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years, no serious violations)
- Stable work history
- Professional attitude
- Hazmat and tanker endorsements
