• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness of bus interiors, fuel buses, log trip counts, and assist disabled passengers.
• Deliver an exceptional client and customer experience guided by the SP+ Promise, answering questions, offering city directions, and ensuring each interaction is positive.
• Be at work every scheduled day, on time, and in uniform.
• Possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license and maintain an acceptable DMV record.
• Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris, water, oil spills and other hazards to the garage office.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets when necessary, if authorized.
• Assist customers with luggage and other traveling items at airport locations.
• Assist the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

• Education:
  
  Less than high school education or one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• License:
  Valid CDL Class A, B Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement and a valid DOT Medical Card.
• Availability:
  Special shift requirements may vary; 3rd shift and/or week‑end availability may be required.
• Skills:
  
  Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, basic arithmetic, and to present information in one‑on‑one situations to customers and employees.
• Appearance:
  Maintain a neat and clean appearance and be in complete uniform at all times.
• Physical Demands:
  Stand, walk, handle cash and equipment; occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds.
