PURPOSE OF POSITION: As a Level III Fleet Maintenance Mechanic, leverage your advanced experience with gas/diesel engines, hydraulics, and electronics to maintain a range of resort equipment effectively.

• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on fleet vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain gas and diesel engines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics and electrical components.
• Train and mentor Level I and II technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
• Assist Level IV technicians as needed to complete complex repairs.
• Engage in moderate fabrication projects and develop custom modifications.
• Innovate and implement efficient methods for service and repairs.
• Support some administrative tasks, including parts procurement, writing purchase orders, and maintaining records.
• Document parts usage and all work performed on work orders diligently.
• Adhere to all safety practices and maintain a professional appearance.
• Keep tools and the work area clean and well-maintained.
• Manage the motor pool, ensuring accountability for damages daily.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in fleet maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; formal automotive training is preferred.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.
• Specialized training in hydraulics and electronics is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in various conditions is essential.
• A complete inventory of tools including hand tools, air tools, and diagnostic equipment is necessary.

• Pay: $30.00 per hour
