Are you an experienced Tower Foreman with construction and project management skills looking for your next full‑time role supporting AT&T and T‑Mobile Technology and structural projects, including new builds, site mods, and rooftop installations? The Tower Foreman will need to be able to lead an experienced tower technician crew and train new technicians while maintaining a safe, productive job site.
- Operate as a Tower Foreman in the installation, maintenance, and de‑installation of all aspects of wireless cell site foundations, including grounding conduits, electrical installations, site de‑installation of antennas, coax, and BTS cabinets (base transceiver station)
- Perform lead responsibilities and effectively interface with all levels of management, staff, and customer requirements
- Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance (including out of season equipment), repairing, and occasionally installing various cell tower types
- Complete assigned tasks within project scope accurately and efficiently
- Maintain proper installation, troubleshooting, and repair techniques
- Analyze/interpret site data and calculate figures
- Isolate basic hardware, software, and air interface malfunctions utilizing various test equipment (Sweeps, PIM, Fiber, Microwave, etc.) on multiple products and technologies
- Work with a crew and respond to service calls promptly
Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.
Core Experience- Previous Tower Tech III or Tower Foreman experience is highly preferred
- Proven construction (civil and RF) skills, understanding scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, and deliverable management
- Climbing Safety & Rescue Certification (assistance may be provided for renewals)
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings (CD’s) and plumbing diagrams (RFDS)
- Knowledge of relevant electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
- Working knowledge of cell site service monitors, RF test equipment, fiber, and PIM equipment
- High level of organization and scheduling abilities
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Climbing structures and/or operating lifts for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to work at heights 90’ to 500+’; maintain efficient weatherproofing, grounding, and rigging techniques.
- Lifting heavy objects and stretching above your head.
- Ability to travel in the market area for multiple days with per diem, depending on the project.
- Must comply with OSHA Standards and possess a strong understanding of safety protocols.
Base Pay Range: $28 - $35 USD
