- On-site (5 days)
- Coordinate with team leader, project manager, and customer to understand installation and repair requirements.
- Represent the company as the direct customer contact, ensuring satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems.
- Use cutting-edge software and technology to diagnose and repair units following blueprints or engineering specifications.
- Work overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
- Maintain safety standards and record use, wear, and conditions of company assets.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school preferred.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld computer (smartphone, iPad).
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with no major traffic violations.
- EPA Certification.
- Must be able to safely and legally operate a vehicle using a seat belt.
- Must wear helmets, safety goggles, fall protection harness, and safety boots.
- Must twist the trunk 90 degrees in each direction.
- Must squat and touch the floor with both hands.
- Must reach hands over the head.
- Must stand on concrete surfaces for up to 4 hours.
- Requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders; lift up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 40 lbs, occasionally more than 40 lbs.
- Must use a ladder with 375 lb total weight limit while carrying equipment of 50 lbs or less.
- Must maneuver confined access areas (30" x 45").
- Must access rooftops with ladders at heights of 15–20’, occasionally up to 50+ feet.
- Exposed to variable weather, moving mechanical parts, heights, electrical shock risk, noisy equipment, and other environmental conditions.
Base Pay Range: $40 – $70 / hr
