Position:
Maintenance Technician Level III. You will help ensure the reliability and efficiency of production operations by maintaining and optimizing equipment, taking ownership of projects, solving complex challenges, and supporting a team that values innovation and expertise.

What you’ll do
  • Respond to work orders to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues with production equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment as scheduled.
  • Assist engineers in building and modifying production equipment, including reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
  • Create and update maintenance procedures, work instructions, and preventative maintenance checklists.
  • Manage maintenance projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and budget control.
  • Train and mentor other maintenance technicians on equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
  • Use precision tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Who you are
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical trade school preferred.
  • 4-7 years of practical experience in maintenance disciplines (e.g., HVAC repair, industrial equipment maintenance, certified auto mechanic, avionics technician).
  • Solid knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and TPM/5S practices.
  • Expert-level skills in troubleshooting and programming PLCs, AC/DC variable drive control systems, and control system components.
  • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Experience with CMMS (e.g., Maintain

    X) and project management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
