Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm

What You’ll Do: Handle maintenance & repair tasks to keep facility safe, efficient.

Responsibilities include:

• Tour buildings and grounds regularly to identify and document facility needs or deficiencies
• Complete daily and preventative maintenance work orders, ensuring all assigned tasks handled timely thorough
• Respond quickly to emergency work orders such as water leaks, clogged drains, loss of power, or safety related
• Perform general repairs on doors, windows, cabinets, furniture, bathroom fixtures
• Replace or restoring ceilings, floor, tiles, wall finishes see maintain clean professional environment
• Install and troubleshoot lighting systems by change bulbs, fixtures, switches, circuit breakers
• Maintain plumbing fixtures by replace washers, toilet seats, components
• Complete urgent and routine work orders, moving, assembling, installing freestanding wall mounted equipment
• Forward work orders require completion by specific trades ensure follow-up as needed
• Patch plan do and minor masonry roofing or surface repairs as necessary
• Support seasonal upkeep such snow removal, de-icing, general grounds maintenance

What You’ll Bring:Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or GED, ideally certificate from vocational or certified institution in building maintenance
• 3–5 years hands on experience in building or facility maintenance, strong problem solving skill and detail oriented
• Skilled wide range tasks tools such electric plumbing repairs carpentry painting etc.
• Proactive dependable safety focused approach, thrive alone or team
• Clear professional communication verbal writing, maintain customer focus mind set
• Comfortable heights, tight spaces, lifting heavy objects, outdoor various weather conditions
• Flexible adaptable adjust shift or hours to meet operational needs

Even Better If:Additional skills:

• Experience across multiple trades electplumbing carpentry painting
• Confident read interpret prints sketches wiring ladder diagrams schematics

Physical Requirements:Stand sit walk extended periods 8‑10 hours shift
Lift carry up 50 pounds regular occasional heavier items assistance
Frequent repetitive use of hands wrists extended periods
Repetitive bending squatting reaching
Climb ladders step stools access equipment
Use required PPE such masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non‑ slip shoes, Tyvek suits as necessary

Environmental Conditions:Exposure to high humidity, varying temperatures, strong odors, soil, water, fertilizer, dust, pollen, plant pathogens, cleaning solvents isopropyl alcohol, loud noises, CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved levels
