As a Finish Blade Operator, you must be responsible for the following responsibilities:

• Perform various operator/laborer duties on our projects
• Safe operation of the Blade and other equipment
• Grade excavation and embankment to lay base and other materials
• Blade haul roads and other general work
• Finish grade work to blue tops or other close specification control
• Equipment - Caterpillar 140H and John Deere 672GP
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 4 years of finish blade experience
• Value and have an appreciation for completing all work duties and assignments safely
• Must be a team player and willing to do laborer work
• Willingness to travel to this and other job sites as necessary
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned
