Landscape Solutions, Inc., located in Salt Lake City, UT, is seeking 25 temporary, full-time Landscape Construction Laborers. Duties:
Install a range of custom hardscapes, such as gravel paths, landscape beds, and water features to outdoor living spaces at residential and commercial properties. Assist Cement Masons and Concrete Finishers with the installation of sidewalks, driveways, RV pads, concrete patios, and firepits by excavating, grading topsoil, mixing cement, and clearing debris and waste materials. Operate hand or power tools such as shovels, hammers, earth tampers and measuring equipment.
No education required. No experience required. Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week, Monday -- Thursday 7:00AM until 6:00PM, depending on weather conditions. Work on Fridays and Saturdays may be required. Workers are needed to begin work on 4/1/2026 through 12/31/2026. Daily travel required to worksites throughout Salt Lake County. Wage: $23.53 - $25.00 per hour. OT, when offered, paid at $35.30 - 37.50/hr on-The-Job training available.
Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation, at the company's sole discretion, based on individual factors including work performance, skill and tenure. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid on Friday (bi-weekly) by check. The employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck required by law.
At employees' request and employer's discretion, employer may provide employees with an interest-free loan or cash advance prior to the commencement of the work period or during the work period. In this event, the employer may, with written consent and by request of the employee, subtract an amount from the employee's paycheck consistent with both parties' agreed terms of repayment for the loan or cash advance.
Housing or lodging will not be provided. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker and/or arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment.
The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from the designated pick-up location in Salt Lake City, UT.
Employer will then provide each work crew with daily transportation among the worksite locations in Salt Lake county. Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
