Overview
Join Pearce Services, a leading independent service provider for critical telecommunication and renewable energy infrastructure, and contribute to the operation of wireless and wireline telecom, commercial and utility‑scale solar and wind projects, EV charging stations, large‑scale power generation, critical power and energy storage assets.
Responsibilities- Work at heights 90–500+ feet, maintain efficient weatherproofing, grounding and rigging techniques.
- Install, repair, modify and optimize wireless infrastructures and electrical equipment, install all types of connectors.
- Train other tower technicians and, when appropriate, serve as an interim foreman.
- Perform maintenance or upgrades on out‑of‑season equipment and conduct performance checks.
- Work with a crew and respond to service calls in a timely manner.
- Maintain a strong work ethic, be punctual and set the pace as team lead.
- Proven construction (civil and RF) skills with understanding of scope, schedule, cost, quality and deliverables.
- Experience with AT&T, T‑Mobile, Verizon, Dish Network or other network projects, site builds and troubleshooting.
- Climbing Safety & Rescue Certification (renewals provided as needed).
- Ability to read construction drawings and plumbing diagrams.
- Knowledge of basic hardware, software and air interface malfunctions, ability to use test equipment.
- Ability to run tower top operations with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of cell site service monitors, RF test equipment, fiber and PIM equipment.
Candidates must be able to comply with OSHA Standards and FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA Regulations.
Requirements- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel multiple days with per diem.
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
Base pay range $21–$30 USD.
