Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Compensation: $28 – $42+ per hour (plus profit‑sharing program)

Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $5,000 for a limited time (terms and conditions apply).

• Diagnose and repair heavy equipment and diesel engines accurately and promptly.
• Use troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers throughout the repair process.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Participate in manufacturer‑sponsored training to stay current with evolving technology.

• Experience in diesel mechanics or a mechanical background/schooling in diesel mechanics.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid work authorization in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
