$75,000 – $100,000 per year (depending on experience).

• Install, maintain, and repair solar energy systems in compliance with local and national electrical codes.
• Ensure all electrical work is performed safely and efficiently, meeting industry standards.
• Lead and mentor apprentice electricians, providing guidance on installations and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure timely and quality project completion.
• Oversee material allocation for projects, ensuring teams have the necessary resources.
• Conduct system testing and inspections to confirm proper operation.

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Hold a valid Journeyman Electrician license (required).
• Have experience working with solar energy systems (preferred but not required).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Can move freely in various positions, including stooping, standing, bending, kneeling, and squatting for prolonged periods.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work at heights of 20 feet or more.
• Are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Will submit to a driving, drug, and criminal background check.
