Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas, trailer yards, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and traffic flow, verifying identification and/or delivery documentation as required and directing drivers, visitors, and employees to the appropriate locations;
Complete detailed shift documentation, including patrol logs, incident reports, and observations of equipment or property issues, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts
