Salary RangeGrade:
Services 205
Pay Range: $20.33 - $29.51
What You’ll Do- Greet and assist all visitors, vendors, and employees in a courteous, professional manner
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor screening, badge issuance, and access control
- Support security processes such as incident reporting, lost-and-found management, and emergency response
- Coordinate with facilities, security, and building management teams regarding access and safety needs
- Maintain confidentiality, data protection standards, and accurate visitor logs
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or security training is a plus
- 3+ years of front desk, receptionist, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with Service Now or similar ticketing platforms
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and emergency procedures
- Experience with electronic badge access systems, and visitor management software
- Experience in building management systems or corporate security environments
This is a full-time, in‑office position at WGU’s headquarters in Salt Lake City, UT. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to safety, service, and operational excellence.

Full‑Time Regular Positions (classified as regular and working 40 standard weekly hours):
