Sales Representative - Home Services; Multi-Trade

This is a commission-driven outside sales position focused on residential home services across multiple trades including landscaping, fencing, decking, roofing, solar, and exterior lighting.

We're a strategic team that knows exactly which buttons to press for maximum leverage in Utah's booming residential market (130,000+ new homes). You'll have full support from experienced closers driving a private equity model in home services—our AI-powered systems will make you elite if you're coachable and hungry.

Expected Earnings: $100,000 - $200,000+ annually

This is NOT a traditional estimating role where leads are handed to you. You'll generate your own pipeline, deliver consultative estimates, and close deals using cutting-edge technology.

• Generate pipeline through strategic prospecting in high-growth neighborhoods and new developments
• Deliver 3-5 quality consultative estimates daily across multiple home service trades
• Close deals and own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
• Build relationships with homeowners, builders, and property managers
• Leverage AI-powered estimation software, drones, and advanced measurement tools to deliver professional estimates
• Become a trusted advisor in residential home services within assigned markets
• Work autonomously while maintaining accountability and execution standards

Commission Structure: $700 - $3,000 per closed deal depending on project scope

Required:

• Background in ANY home services (landscaping, construction, fencing, roofing, solar, etc.)
• B2B or outside sales experience
• Experience with measurements, blueprints, or technical estimation
• Existing relationships in residential construction or real estate

• Need leads provided or handed to you
• Looking for predictable 9-5 schedule
• Intimidated by commission-based pay structure
• Require constant direction and supervision
