We are hiring Inside Sales Representatives (Client Advisors) to join our mission-driven team, earn $60k+ On-Target Earnings (hourly base + commission) in a fast-paced, high-impact role.

• Make 150–200+ outbound calls daily to warm leads
• Qualify prospects through a proven screening process
• Guide qualified prospects through the signup process and hand off to our advocate team
• Follow up by phone, email, and text to boost conversion
• Build rapport, listen actively, and determine service fit
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
• Share feedback and test new ideas — we move fast and value your input

• 1+ year of inside sales or outbound calling experience
• Comfortable on the phone and skilled at handling objections
• Strong communication skills with high empathy
• Organized, coachable, and hungry to grow
