Lender Ai helps mortgage loan officers and real estate agents generate consistent opportunities using paid ads, conversion systems, automation, and AI follow up. We build the full marketing engine so our clients can focus on talking to leads, converting deals, and growing.

We’re hiring a Sales Representative to sell our marketing and AI services to loan officers and realtors. You will run discovery calls, diagnose what’s not working in their lead flow, present our offer clearly, and close new clients. You will also follow up consistently and keep a clean pipeline.

This is not a “sit and wait for inbound leads” job. You’ll win here if you like activity, competition, and getting paid for performance.

• Take scheduled discovery calls with loan officers and realtors
• Qualify fast: situation, goals, budget, urgency, decision maker
• Present Lender Ai’s system and recommend the right plan
• Close deals and collect payments
• Follow up with leads who do not close on the first call
• Do outbound prospecting daily (DMs, email, calling) to build pipeline
• Track everything in CRM with clean notes and next steps
• Communicate with operations for smooth onboarding handoff

• You can sell consultatively and lead a structured call without being awkward
• You are confident talking to mortgage and real estate professionals
• You follow up like a pro and do not need to be babysat
• You can handle objections without getting emotional or pushy
• You are competitive, coachable, and consistent with daily activity

• 1 to 3+ years of sales experience (B2B or high ticket preferred)
• Comfortable on Zoom and phone calls
• Strong written communication for follow up texts and emails
• CRM discipline (Hub Spot, Go High Level , Close, etc.)
• Bonus: experience selling marketing services, SaaS, or coaching to LO or realtor audiences

• Base plus commission, or commission only option for experienced closers
• Uncapped commissions with clear targets and growth path
• Performance bonuses for volume and consistency (Comp structure finalized based on experience.)
