Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Agency Development Manager in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. The Agency Development Manager will lead recruiting and training efforts for agency operations, support team development, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying and onboarding new sales agents, delivering training programs, and collaborating with leadership to meet performance targets.
This role also involves managing client relationships and fostering a positive and engaging sales environment to ensure team success.
Compensation
We do not cap your income! Compensation is based on several factors, including personal and team sales volume (commissions) and multiple bonus streams. Many in this role earn between $100,000 and $200,000 annually, but some earn much more.

Qualifications
- Active Utah Life, Health and Accident Insurance License (not required to apply - we can train otherwise qualified candidates)
- Experience in leadership, team coaching, and talent development
- Must be a people-person! We have an awesome team culture full of kind, helpful people. No jerks allowed!
- Strong sales, client relationship management, and account management abilities
- Proficiency in recruiting processes and onboarding personnel
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet key performance targets and manage goals effectively
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and benefit solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Ability to work on-site in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area
