Moulding Salesman

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, designers, and dealers
• Promote and sell moulding, millwork, and architectural wood products
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
• Review plans and specifications to assist with pricing and scope development
• Prepare quotes and proposals in coordination with estimating and project management teams
• Communicate clearly with internal production teams to ensure project accuracy and successful execution
• Track leads, quotes, and sales activity
• Attend job site meetings, showroom visits, and industry events as needed

• Previous experience in moulding, millwork, cabinetry, or building materials sales preferred
• Strong understanding of construction documents and architectural plans is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and territory
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment
• Proficient with basic computer systems (CRM, email, spreadsheets). We use an ERP called Innergy
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally (Park City, Utah County, Salt Lake County, etc.)

• Competitive base salary plus commission (or commission‑only, depending on experience)
