Sr. Sales Account Manager - Mining

• Consultative Selling:
  Cultivate strong relationships with our customers by managing and growing accounts.
• Sales Prospecting:
  Build profitable sales in an assigned territory, primarily within the mining industry and the mining business segment. Demonstrate commitment to prospecting and new business development.
• Customer Experience Advocate:
  Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service, technical support, and innovative solutions to our customers.
• Portfolio Management:
  Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage your sales funnel and territory. Be relentless to win back lost customers.

• Minimum of 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated track record of building relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Self‑directed, outcome focused, initiative driven, decisive and consistently delivers results.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Good listener, curious, passionate about learning customers’ needs, solving problems, and winning business.
• Strong planning and preparation skills for effective sales calls, persuasive presentations, handling objections, negotiating and closing deals.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel within your assigned territory.

  Salt Lake City, UT;
  Casper, WY, offering flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment.

• The salary range for this position is between $120, annually with the ability to earn lucrative commissions based on your contribution margin.
• Specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
