Job SummaryCCI Mechanical is seeking a motivated and client‑focused Account Manager/Outside Sales to join our Service Department. This role is designed for a high‑potential individual who will support seasoned Account Managers in managing commercial and industrial HVAC service accounts. The position blends inside sales support with field‑based client engagement and offers a clear path for professional growth through mentorship and hands‑on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure quick and effective responses to client inquiries.
- Prepare reports on the status of accounts/projects (profitability, deadlines, etc.).
- Provide after‑sales support to retain customers.
- Build rapport with the client by communicating regularly.
- Promote new products and services to the existing customers.
- Develop, maintain, and improve long‑term customer partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts according to company requirements.
- Regular reporting to the Sales Manager.
- Attend ongoing trainings as requested by management.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in the mechanical contracting industry.
- Knowledge of various HVAC mechanical and controls systems preferred.
- Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
- Reliable, self‑driven, confident, articulate, and persuasive.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Attention to detail.
