OverviewAre you a driven, competitive sales professional who thrives on winning new business and building lasting client relationships? City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a high-energy Sales Executive to lead new business development in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle
—from prospecting and pipeline creation to presenting, negotiating, and closing. You’ll collaborate closely with our operations and leadership teams to design solutions that genuinely impact your clients’ businesses. - Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new prospects—consistently generating the level of activity needed to achieve monthly revenue goals.
- Initiate and lead the sales process by scheduling appointments, assessing account needs, and delivering compelling presentations.
- Drive deals to close by building trust, clearly communicating service capabilities, handling objections, and preparing contracts.
- Conduct a minimum of 20 hours of weekly prospecting to maintain a strong, predictable pipeline.
- Keep client and prospect data organized and current in the CRM to ensure visibility, accuracy, and effective follow-up.
- Consistently maintain and update your “Hot 25” list in the CRM to support targeted outreach and pipeline growth.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture and communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and leadership.
- Perform other duties as needed to support team success.
You’ll be evaluated based on key performance indicators aligned to your scorecard, including:
- New Contract Revenue (Grow from X to Y)
- Building Surveys Completed (Increase from X to Y)
- Closing Percentage (Increase from X to Y)
- Average Account Size (Increase from X to Y)
- Appointment Ratio (Increase from X to Y)
- High School diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. - 2–3 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in a hunter-focused environment.
- Proven ability to prospect, create demand, and close business.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, negotiation abilities, and follow-through.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset toward client and internal challenges.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and bending in the course of daily responsibilities.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
