We’re Hiring: Account Executive (AE) — Diversifi.ai

📍
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid: 3 in‑office / 2 remote)

Compensation: $150K–$190K OTE (base +
uncapped commission)

What You’ll Do

Full‑Cycle Sales

  • Run discovery + product demos with 3PLs & fulfillment operators
  • Tailor value props to bidding, billing, routing, and warehouse workflows
  • Manage multi‑demo sales cycles (typically 3–4 calls)

Pipeline & Process Building

  • Own and optimize a robust, fast‑moving pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with BDRs
  • Influence ICP segmentation, messaging, and objection handling

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with CEO & GTM Manager on pricing, packaging, and sales strategy
  • Feed insights to Product
  • Support smooth onboarding with CS/Implementation
Who You Are Required
  • 1–5 years full‑cycle closing experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Comfortable in high‑velocity demo environments
  • Strong discovery + value‑based selling skills
  • History of exceeding quota
  • Coachable, competitive, resilient
  • Comfortable selling to operations/logistics leaders (or eager to learn)
Bonus
  • Experience selling into 3PLs, warehouses, parcel, freight, or supply chain
  • Startup or 0→1 sales experience
  • You’ve built sales processes before
