Compensation: $50,000 base + uncapped commission

The RoleWe are looking for an experienced B2B Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in business development, lead generation, or account management. You’ll be responsible for building and managing relationships, identifying opportunities, and connecting organizations with the financial expertise they need to thrive.
What You’ll Do- Drive new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities with small to mid-sized businesses.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage your sales pipeline and consistently hit activity and revenue targets.
- Present NOW CFO’s value proposition effectively to decision-makers.
- Track and report all sales activity using CRM tools.
- Proven B2B sales experience (inside sales, account management, lead generation, or business development).
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems for managing leads and opportunities.
- Base salary of $50,000 + uncapped commission; strong performers can earn $75,000+ annually first year.
