A well-established Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a skilled
BAS Controls Sales professional in Salt Lake City, UT. This position centers on business development, solution design, and managing the complete sales cycle for BAS and mission-critical projects. The role offers excellent earning potential, strong benefits, and long-term advancement opportunities.
- Title: BAS Controls Sales
- Location: Salt Lake City, UT
- Compensation: $125K–$375K OTE (Base + Commission)

- Develop BAS and energy-focused solutions for new and existing clients across multiple markets.
- Perform site surveys, audits, and evaluate facility performance to identify opportunities.
- Build solution scopes that support ROI, operational efficiency, and client performance targets.
- Deliver compelling proposals and present strategies to client leadership and decision-makers.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline to achieve annual revenue goals.
- Partner with internal engineering and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Foster long‑term relationships with customers, end users, and key industry stakeholders.
- Background in BAS, HVAC, or energy solutions sales with a proven track record of results.
- Solid knowledge of building automation systems, controls, and system integration.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Experience selling into data centers or mission‑critical environments is advantageous.
- Driven, goal‑oriented, and highly motivated to expand market presence.
- On‑target earnings $125K–$375K (Base + Commission).
