Hybrid Sales Representative; Phone + Field

The Dash Shop is a local marketplace and delivery platform built to help independent retailers grow without paying sales or delivery commissions.

We give local shops:

• A mobile app & marketplace listing
• Coupon and promotion tools
• Product sales with 0% commission
• Optional local delivery
• Flat, predictable pricing

We are expanding in Salt Lake City and are looking for a full-time, motivated sales representative who can sell on the phone and in the field by visiting local shops and demonstrating the Dash Shop app.

This is a hybrid sales role that combines:

• Outbound phone sales
• In-person visits to local retailers
• Live app demonstrations

You will:

• Call local businesses daily
• Walk into retail shops to introduce Dash Shop
• Demo the Dash Shop app (listing, coupons, products)
• Explain monthly and annual subscription options
• Close retailers on paid plans
• Log all activity, leads, and deals in our CRM
• Follow up consistently with prospects

This is not a desk-only role and not a base-only role.

This position is for sales professionals who want real upside and performance-based pay.

• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Comfortable walking into local businesses
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Reliable transportation for local visits
• Able to manage leads and follow-ups in a CRM
• Ability to work independently
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (not required)

Additional Information – Compensation Overview

This role includes a $1,500 monthly base, which is performance-based and not guaranteed.

The base is earned by maintaining consistent phone and in-person sales activity, properly logging all calls, visits, and demos in our CRM, and meeting minimum monthly performance expectations. If required activity or CRM usage is not met, the base may be reduced or removed.

Commission is uncapped and paid weekly (every Thursday):

• $150 for each Monthly Subscription sold
• $300 for each Annual Subscription sold

Monthly bonuses are paid in addition to commission:

• 5 signups: $500
• 10 signups: $1,250
• 15 signups: $2,500
• 25 signups: $4,000
